I recommend the use of N Wellington Associates LLC for long term care survey readiness and compliance with QIS protocol, Federal, and District of Columbia regulations….. At the end of the mock survey Ms. Wellington gave an Exit Conference, that was thorough, identifying F-Tags that need to be addressed. She also gave recommendations for correcting the areas of non-compliance.
